Practical and thorough, this revised edition features updated book lists, resources, publications, and Internet links. 800 pages, hardcover from Norton.

It is best that you educate yourself about homeschooling before you jump in. Join a local home school group, attend seminars about homeschooling, and definitely get your research done before you purchase curriculum from a Christian book distributor.
